Best Internet price and they were pretty new Avon tyres (under 3 months old), but wrong size delivered to fitters with now chaotic customer service meant I spent an hour on the phone chasing them with call back several times, getting to that point. Correct tyres available a day letter, but I didn't sample their finest hour.

My wife took the car down and after the tyres were fitted, they charged her for tracking even though it wasn't needed.

Rubbish couldn't complete my order had to wait 4 days to get money back in my account would not use them again very very poor service

Great experience. Purchased and paid for our tyres, selected the date that suited us for fitting. The fitter contacted us to advise the tyres had arrived, and to head on over. When we arrived, the car was taken straight in, tyres fitted professionally. A great all round experience and will definitely purchase like this again in the future.

A good deal on the tyres but still not fitted 2 days after the agreed time as only 1 of 2 tyres sent to the fitter and that was also the wrong tyre. No contact received before the appointment however did get an apologetic voicemail but still no tyres. Have bought online before without this hassel.

Great price and no probs with fitting company. Only prob was I was booked for an AM appt and the tyres were delivered at 12:01pm so had to leave it for a couple of days. Thankfully it wasn’t critical I had them fitted that day.

... great price and easy booking on the website - so why 4 stars - simply because the centre originally booked was out of business although still shown as available and l had to travel a couple of miles to another, this was notified to me by telephone 2 days before fitting.

Very accommodating garage with drop off/collection.

Valurtyres website is not up-to-date to show me that the garage closest to me which I chose, was not opened on a Saturday, and when it was changed to another garage, the new garage claimed not to have me booked in, and that they had not received my tyres, I took several minutes of investigations and Phone calls for this to be resolved.

I booked my tyres over a week before fitting date. I just received the confirmation email i got when i paid. I didn’t hear anything else after that so 3 days before fitting I emailed Value Tyres to ask if i’d get another email from them or the fitter (local garage). I got a voicemail back assuring me everything would be ready for my fitting date. I went to the address in the email and was told it was the wrong garage, that i needed to go to the one in the town centre as this one didn’t fit tyres. Not a great start but I didn’t mind as long as the rest went smoothly. I got to the fitter and the gent asked if i was booked in. I showed him my confirmation email, he spoke to his boss. I waa told the tyres were there but apparently Value Tyres didn’t send any communication with it regarding who they were for. My fitting appointment was a MORNING slot by the way. Anyway he went back and forth to his boss and said they’d have to CHARGE me a fitting fee! I swiftly showed the screenshot of the price which included VAT and fitting and he said they’d “honour it” this time. Before that he suggested taking the tyres and getting them fitted elsewhere (!). I had to go back in the afternoon to get them fitted. So much messing about on my day off and unneeded stress. I rang Value Tyres and asked to speak to a manager and all she could do was apologise and blamed the fitter, so both sides were blaming each other. Great. Never again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Very poor experience they changed the garage,went to have the tyre fitted on the Friday.the tyre had not arrived ,phone value tyres was informed it would be Monday.
