Found my choice of tyre at ValueTyres where they were on offer at a price i couldn't find elsewhere. Ordering and paying online was simple and on checking with my choice of fitter the day prior to fitting they advised the tyres were delivered and gave me a time for fitting. The following day the fitters took my car at the appointed time and my four tyres were fitted without a hitch. Great !! I will make ValueTyres my first choice when i require replacement tyres next time round as it was so easy and hassle free.
Easy to order and book time/place for fitting close to where I live. Fitters contacted me to confirm time and date two day's before hand. Tyres were fitted with no problem, all good.
Made a booking 6 days in advance for the tyres to be delivered to a local fitters and fitted. Got there on the right day and time, they had no booking or tyres. Wasted my time, and got a refund.
No Problem with tyre. Expected to have it fitted locally but had to travel 8 miles and back to do this.

first and last time I will use this service buy fully fitted then get charged 52.00 for fitting still waiting to get my money back but the young lady who is tryingto sort this is very helpful.thanks to the hard work of Sarah at value all sorted I have a refund so not as bad as I first thought just angry at the time.

Excellent service was phoned by value tyres and confirmed date and time by e mail also was phoned by Angus tyres Brechin to confirm time. When arrived for fitting was treated extremely well. I felt like a valued customer by both parties. Thanks to Hayley from Value Tyres and Billy from Angus Tyres. Would recommend both parties and will use again.

Unfortunately the tyres could not be fitted on the day selected by the supplier. This meant that I had to change my planned activities that week. This in turn impacted on people who were dependent on my availability.

Great headline price, came to finding a fitting centre and the fitter stated they actually couldn't fit the tyres (large SUV tyres) due to not having the right machine. For one, the system should surely know the fitting capabilities of the partner dealers; and for two - the fitter was not telling the truth - I phoned direct and was quoted best part of £100 extra to fit, and that they DID have the machine. Seems to me that the fitter (F1 in Derby) just didnt want the job for the low price / margin...
