absolutely shocking service,tyres 2 days late didn't receive call back as promised on several occasions typical "courier" problems as reason would not recommend to anyone and would not use again, abysmal !!

Turned up to garage in the morning on way home from a night shift to have tyre fitted as booked 6 days earlier, only for garage to say the tyre hadn’t been delivered. Went home and emailed valuetyres who rang up later that day to say the tyre had been delivered on time but garage had misplaced it. Called garage who said tyre had just been delivered that afternoon, contradicting valuetyres. Drove all the way back to garage (20miles) to have tyre fitted. Not what I wanted post-night shift.
Order on a Wednesday,booked time to be fitted,the following Tuesday !! No tyre...!! they didn't know where it was and apoligesed,then told me they would call back,never did,didnt get the tyre fitted until Saturday,messed up work not a happy bunny.Not the first time this has happened will not be using again.
Tyres was send to wrong place but the fitting garage was very helpful and 2 days later I got my tyres fitted with no problem. Thanks for the staff who working in a Just Tyre garage in Newbury.
I won’t be using your service again.
