Waste of time just like black circles ordering process fine and easy but go to garage on fitting date no tyres..to be fair unlike that other firm the lady I spoke to was apologetic and helpful..let's see how quick I get a refund...no more online purchasing from me now I'm going back direct to garage for next tyres

Fantastic customer service. I didn't realise I'd ordered the tyres to be delivered to my home address. 140 miles from the garage I'd chosen as I was working away from home! Panic! No problem though I emailed value tyres & it was all sorted. They also phoned me the next day to reassure me & confirm the time to go to the garage for the fitting. Brilliant prices too. Cheaper than black circles!

Would have given 5 stars but for the fact I booked a early morning appointment for fitting and the tyres were still on route with the courier didn’t arrive until 12:30

value tyres informed me selected fitting center unable to fit ,they then told me the nearest center and made all the arrangements,superb service by them and fitting center

Very good service from Gemma when ordering 2 rear tyres for my X5. Delivery to F1 within 48 hours thanks to Gemma who kept me informed. was When checking with F1 for fitting same the reception told me I had to pay upfront. When told I had paid Value Tyres I was told she had no proof so would not book me in. However Gemma phoned them to explain it was all paid. I went for the 11:45 am appointment but the car wasn’t ready until 1:30. Would use Value Tyres but reluctant to use F1 in Newport Pagnell. Best price at the time.

I arranged tyres to be fitted at my local garage, confirmation email stated AM delivery / fitting. I arrived at garage late morning to find the tyres had not arrived. My garage explained this was not the first time this had happened. Therefore there is room for improvement here. My garage eventually received tyres in afternoon and were fitted without further incident. Lesson to learn, call garage first and save a wasted journey.

Price was good delivery was good unfortunately wrong tyres were sent and had to use them as needed for retest on not that day should have been run flats but were normal tyres

Tyers delivered on time to fitter and at a good price. I’ve bought this way many times before and there is a very big saving over a quick tyre purchase, if you can plan two days ahead.

Great price for the tyres - even cheaper than black circles. Fitting took a while but no issues however the dealer had no idea of my details as they say they are not passed on to them

The saying is you get what you pay for, yes they may be slightly cheaper but unfortunately they fail to deliver up to expectations. Ordered four new tyres a week ago with fitting date arranged with local tyre centre. Drove across there to have them fitted to be told rather abruptly that they hadn’t delivered the tyres. Called Value Tyres to be told they had ‘allegedly’ left a voice mail and sent an email stating that the tyres I ordered were not available and did I want a cheaper tyre fitted. Checked email account and nothing received from them, also checked voice mail and no message received.... strange both going amiss. Spent an hour trying to call back to their office to tell them to refund, an hour trying to get through, automated message no one available to answer calls and finally leave a voice mail message. Message left no response so will try email
