Best price I could find. Some confusion at tyre fitters whether the tyres they had received were the ones I had ordered. This took a phone call which was answered quickly by the customer service desk. Took half an hour to sort out but good communication.

Would have been 5 star but for the fact I never received a final email telling me the actual time and confirmed date for my fitting

Two days late arriving at the garage Then they forgot to put the spare back in my car .had to go back to the garage because I notice it was not put back It was me doing all the chase ing around and phone calls

The Tyres were well priced and were delivered to the fitter within 24 hours, However there were problems with the Tyre Fitters who tried to charge me for fitting when I had already paid Value Tyres and were quite abusive toward me when I refused to pay twice! Value Tyres did manage to sort this out but I felt the attitude of the tyre fitter made this a bad experience. I have suggested that Value Tyres review their arrangement with this particular Tyre Fitting garage as it detracts from an otherwise good service.

First time with Value Tyres and I found the ordering process easy. Really liked that Paypal was available which made the process even better. And their prices for branded tyres are very good and I will definitely use them again the future. And finding a fitter in my area was very convenient and just what I was looking for. Excellent ☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent service from start to finish.

Top quality, premium tyres at not far off budget price. Ed’s in Watford fitted them with ease and gave me a specific time slot. All in all a great experience and will use again for sure!

A small blip because tyre company originally requested could not accomodate, but another company was quickly and efficiently found.

Only one star due to incorrect Tyre (correct one sent by Value Tyres) being fitted by their tyre fitter (F1 AutoCentre at Poole). Some may say giving one star is unfair as I have spoken to Value Tyres and they have been most helpful in trying to resolve the issue (still wrong tyre on car). But Value Tyres have selected them as their only fitter in the area and as they have chosen to partner with them then the fitter is representing Value Tyres.

Easy and straightforward app, apart from confusing delivery address which needs to be re-named as billing address. I called to confirm this and spoke to very helpful lady who called me back to confirm correct delivery address of fitter

Great price and quick delivery, although it would have been nice to know what day and time it was going to arrive.

Good value, unfortunately the tyres were not in at the time of our appointment in the morning. Was told we would get a callas soon as they arrive, we went back late afternoon to see when they were expecting them in to find they had arrived but not called us.

Great prices and excellent fitting service

Very sad that a company should take an order for something it could not provide. I eventually got my money back. Will not use again.
