Overcharged and difficult to obtain payslips. The exact two things that you need in an umbrella company are fair pricing (it’s an automated calculation) and a payslip so you can see and prove you’ve paid tax. They fail on both. They overcharged me - they bumped up my price without telling me and tried to tell me I was wrong when I called customer service. I had to call and call to get someone to listen to me. Their portal is clunky and outdated. It’s so slow and you can’t bulk down load payslips. You have go in and download one by one. I had to email the customer services to send them to me. The portal literally tells you it might take a minute to download. I hat paid weekly. It’s 2024 but you get 2015 style buffering. They clearly are offering the absolute minimum they need to, for the maximum profit. No advice, no extras nothing. And £40 quid a week. So not cheap. Just left them for another company and I’m just so annoyed that companies operate like this. They rely on contractors being super busy. It’s an invisible expense that just happens every week, so it’s easy to forget about. Oh, and when they finally did refund me. They still underpaid me and I had to battle to get the full amount. They hadn’t bothered to check the start date of when they had overcharge me. I had to spend hours doing the calculations which is how I knew they were wrong. You cannot trust them. My advice - DO NOT USE.

Advisor talked over me constantly didn't listen to what I was trying to say. Following my call I have decided to take my business elsewhere, I refuse to pay a company for bad service. Unable to access payslips for months, it's taken two day to sort out the issue. I only gave one star as you can't right review without giving a star, as u wouldn't have given you one star.

Quite possibly one of the worst Umbrella companies Ive had the misfortune to deal with. From Tax issues that didnt get resolved to general service -Just so unfriendly and cold. Im with a far superior Umbrella company now-would never use this place again. *Update* The copy and paste response they provided is typical of the high handed 'we are brilliant-Its you not us service I received. Relieved to have gone. The Umbrella Im now with actually call you and talk to you and give customer service.
