Been using Umbrella.co.uk for a few months, always been excellent and very fairly priced. Last week my timesheet wasn’t authorised on time and my pay wasn’t processed on Friday. A superstar employee at Umbrella (Roisin) messaged me at the end of the day to advise she had processed an advance payment to me. Absolute lifesaver! One of the worst companies ever. I don't know if its racial or not because form the reviews it seemed like most people had good experiences. They ask for the same thing 100 times. Documents that they looking at they keep asking the same thing written inside. I'm like why did you ask for the documents if you are lazy to read. Very ridiculous. 3 weeks no salary that I was supposed to get every Friday. I have emails as proof. The harassment is just out of this world. I ended up quitting the job that very day because, of the way they frustrated me, over £100 that i have worked for.
