Very professional and friendly approach. Nicodemus Ginindza explained the process of working through an umbrella company and clarified my questions regarding onboarding and payroll. Although is first time I use their service I do hope will continue to use their services for a long time.

Being my first time working within IR35, I cannot recommend Umbrella.co.uk enough in terms of their proactive approach whilst onboarding me. Lauren Leibrick has been absolutely fantastic in getting my payroll up and running and also bearing with me asking daft questions! Great work Lauren and team!!

Before onboarding with Umbrella.co.uk, it was a little tricky at first. As soon as Lauren Leibrick came on board with me, she literally has hand held me through all my queries and concerns. She still does this today, professionally very well, and very personable. She is not just a face or brick in the wall. Overall the whole experience could have been better . I would have preferred to have been received all my full contract details in the post rather than via mobile . There was no clear information as to when I would be receiving my contract and also confusion between both the Umbrella company and the recruiting agency
