ordered an item with tues delivery before Christmas. Did not arrive and then had an email with generic apology for delay, accepted as was so close to Christmas. Since I have emailed asking for tracking details / when to expect package…. go online as it suggests to find my email request marked as low priority and so far NO reply. I am beginning to think that I will never get the item I paid for and or a reply to my email??? I understand Christmas is a busy time- I work over it to a deadline too but at the minimum a response by now would be appreciated!!

Very good price for Bosch/Fein AMPShare 5.0 Ah batteries and free delivery. Downside- free gift of Fein USB adapter is useless for AMPShare batteries. It only fits old Fein 12V batteries.
