I had a broken 5ah battery which came with a Milwaukee drill I purchase just before Xmas. I messaged the company and never got a response, I rang them and could never get through so I gave up in the end and took the loss..... I'll never buy from then again.

Ordered my items on 27th December, confirmation email stated 2-3 days ( I wasn’t expecting that due to Christmas ) but my order is still showing as processing with no tracking info. Not even an email to say this has been dispatched. I emailed 3 days ago to ask what’s going on and still had no response. This is my first order with the company and I have spent nearly £600! Doubtful I will receive without having to chase & certainly will not be using this company again!
