Fantastic service
I ordered a 3/4 inch impact wrench the Thursday before Christmas and it was delivered on the Monday. As it happens I should have ordered a 1/2 inch impact wrench (silly me!), so I had to do a reorder and organise a return. This was no problem at all. The reorder was delivered in a few days and the refund was in my bank in by 8 Jan. Just an excellent service all round. Great company to do business with.

Hi I was very disappointed with receiving wrong items . After emailing to customer service been instructed to send items back and will be refunded or send my order back with correct items once they receive their items. I waited a few days I and send email what happened? No Answer. Then I called them to be explained they didn’t have what I was ordered and tried to order from their supplier if I was call them I don’t know how long I have refund. Finally I had my money back just lost time discussing explaining time which I will prefer to spend directly. Time wasters.

I bought this portable heater as My grandson had one that he used to help dry his freshly plastered walls. It was attractive to look at and threw out so much heat. I bought one for an instant heat supply when first entering my house while waiting for the central heating to kick in.
