Just a quick Update to my previous review. As a company UKPlanetTools are great. 4 stars because of RoyalMail delivery fails. Just stick to DPD and will be 5 stars with. Previous; Made recently 2 orders. The first one delivered by DPD was excellent. 2nd by Royal mail box has been damahed and opened like someone checked what is inside. Wasnt delivered by the door like DPD did. Postman left it in foyer where everyone has access and usually parcels are missing from.

Very happy. The item I wanted was due to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. I was a little uncertain because it got right up to the day it was supposed to arrive before I contacted UK planet tools to see if it would arrive. The item in question was a limited edition tool which had been out for a while now and didn't seem to be available anywhere else. I was pretty much expecting to get a reply telling me that it was no longer available. UK planet tools got right back to me, apologising for the delay and shortly thereafter, it was dispatched. I finally arrived home after a few weeks to find my new tool, and sure enough, it's the limited edition version I didn't think was still available. Best price around, for a very comprehensive kit. I couldn't be happier with it. Dispatch could have been quicker, and there could have been more transparency with the order status. The quick and courteous response from customer services more than makes up for all of that.

As a new customer, I’m very disappointed with my experience. I waited nearly a week for delivery, only to receive a single tube instead of the 12-pack I ordered. After contacting them via email, I was informed that the item was out of stock and was given a refund. However, I believe that if I hadn’t reached out, they wouldn’t have processed the refund automatically. This was a complete waste of my time and has delayed my bathroom renovation.

UK planet tools- Free gift on checkout and Next day delivery! cheeper that screwfix and gave me two free containers of Dewalt drillbits (25 packs)- so 50 free bits total on checkout. I thought it was too good to be true but...- it ALL arrived next day with the free gift, and free delivery. Rapid service and top quality products that were the cheepest on the market. I'll definitely be doing all my shopping for tools and gadgets via UK Planet Tools.
