Tools prices are really good, excellent customer service had issues with DPD and tool planet went beyond to help me and got the problem sorted straight away, very quickly delivery will use again

The items I received are great quality and received everything in perfect condition if I had to make a criticism it would be as a builder I need orders asap but it takes an age until items are dispatched and so if I need something urgently I would have to choose where I buy from.

usually i dont leave negative feedback , received parcel unopened box, sealed ( when i opened) there was less what i paid, MISSING ITEMS. Texted ,3 days gone ,still waiting for reply , live chat doesnt works. Been for long time customer ukplanettools, but support is slow or dont work? happy to resolve and leave positive feedback later. Placed order mid December, and a few days later I had an email saying it would be delayed. That was fine, it’s Christmas. Waited til after new year and still nothing. I emailed on a Friday for an update, no response. I WhatsApp’d them the following Tuesday, no response. I ended up calling them on the Thursday and was told my order had not been passed through to them (don’t understand how, money was taken). I was told there and then they could process the order but then the main item was out of stock now, it was on order but wouldn’t get til end of January so I declined to wait and asked for a refund. They accepted and I was told I’d get an email acknowledging the refund, and to this date no email but the refund has now been processed. Communication seems to be a weakness. Gentleman I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful. Sorry but it’s been a poor experience for me.

Parts missing in an unopened box (until i opened it) rang up left voicemail 10 days later (And counting) no response, item demead useless with out the missing bracket.

Ordered 3 items. Only 2 delivered with no notification that the 3rd item wasn't being delivered, only a hand written note on the delivery note saying "can't find". Tried calling to find out what was going on, no answer so left a voicemail. Also emailed them, 2 days later still no reply from either. Very disappointed with their aftercare. Will be pursuing them again for a refund.

Super fast delivery and only a few days before Christmas! Bought Makita items at a much cheaper price than I could find anywhere else. Pleased with product, although it could have been packaged a bit better. Would definitely recommend.
