Excellent customer service. I thought I’d already placed an order but when it didn’t arrive after a few days I contacted the Company as Christmas was only 4 days away. It turns out I didn’t complete the transaction but…. Not to worry…. The Company sent ind out immediately and it arrived in time for Christmas. Can not praise them highly enough. Thank you
Terrible! My account has been charged twice but no item has been dispatched. Update: I was charged twice once via Klarna, once my bank but my bank account was refunded. Klarna wasn’t. I called the customer service team last week and they initiated the refund. The customer service people were good over the phone but it has taken a couple of months with emails unanswered.
I have been ordered something, they posted to incorrect address, Royal mail sent back to them, they promised they will send it to me but few days later received an email the item is pt of stock so they refunded me, said the item is out of stock but you can order again from our website. Of course the item was more expensive if I place a new order.

Spot On very good quality tool for very good prices
Good prices, however I ordered £300+ worth of tools last night but havnt received a confirmation email or anything regarding my order. I’m concerned as the money has been taken from my account yet i have no clue as to what’s going on with my order. I have emailed the company but havnt heard anything yet. Anyone had a similar issue? Will update if anything happens.
