Purchased 3 items, only 1 was delivered. Phoned up and they confirmed it was supposed to be delivered together and that they would have to conduct a investigation back on the 5th of January. We are now into the 17th of January and I haven't had any communication from them. Order Number : 000270561

Great price and great product. I feel it’s a shame this is a bundle where the case isn’t for and doesn’t fit the drill It’s come with. I think an option to add on the correct insert for the case to fit the tool you’re ordering would really improve things. Great price, great product, great shipping, with room for improvement on description and purchasing experience. Can someone please send me a link for the right insert? Thank you!
