Very bad customer service. Very arrogant staff. Take ages to Fix anything.highly not recommended. Don't waste your time with them.

I am a long term Tyro customer and have always been very happy. But i have called 3 times to speak to them about their e-commerce offering and cannot get anyone to call me back.

24/7 support never pick up the call. Called multiple times, waiting on a line and call gets dropped.

Have rung 3 times to try and set my new system up, 30 minute wait each time & still no response and no follow up!! Terrible start. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY

I have been a customer of TYRO for many years, at first they were great! Now it has gone to the other extreme ! I had to fill out a four page form and POST IT just to change my address now they want a certified copy of my driving licence my Medicare card and numerous other things just to keep my account with them open WHY??? I tried to call them and waited 30 minutes on hold with the SAME music (all of about 10 notes) playing. After that i hung up, not even Telstra are that bad! And this was their URGENT LINE!!!! I will not be giving them all this private info which they have no legal right to have. If they suspend my accounts then fine they can shove it up their................. i am not going to deal with flips like that

Tyro is the most incompetent entity we have ever dealt with. Tyro mistakenly used the wrong account, for our funds. Tyro took over 2 months to rectify their error (we were emailing Tyro over 3 times per week to fix). Thereafter, Tyro agreed to waive our fees for 4 months due to their mistake. During the 4 months of free service, Tyro has invoiced us mistakenly, after which they apologized and told us it was an error and to ignore the invoice. Tyro did not process our settlements for half a week as they "thought" we did not pay our invoice (even though they provided us with 4 months free due to their error). If I could give Tyro zero stars I would.

Flawless performance. Whenever we have had need(very rarely) to get in touch with Tyro for support, we have had a very professional response from them. Highly Recommended!

problems the last 2 months with tyro not connecting to our pos system - internet check showed internet was operating correctly also I put in an enquiry online to ask for someone to contact me as I wish to upgrade our terminals to tap n go machines and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!

I have issues with the system constantly. Dropping out , tyro often dosnt read my point of sale . Twice I've gone to transfer money from my smart account and the money hasn't been there to transfer. Having to wait till Tuesday after weekend trade . Considering going to my bank for eft.

System works well with only rare downtime, tech support have always been prompt and efficient when we've required them and our account manager has done a great job reviewing fees when required. Only minor gripe is that paper rolls could be cheaper.

Great service, good rates, reporting works fine (now) Took a while but a reporting issue that plagued me for the first few years has been fixed and stable for well over a year. Rates and service are second to none.

my team would love it if you came up with a better way to engage our customers to solicit gratuities....the CBA unit is much less confronting for this step
