My only disappointment is the amount of waiting time when we need to call, even if we say yes to a call back the response could be quicker. Unsure of exact dates but it happens every time we call.

Not happy how application handled by technical team and customer service team. Each team was passing ball in each other court as not my issue or problem. Eventually I did not fixed anything from my side although application approved in your system. This outcome I was accepted when I tried to call for support but no one helped at all. I did return hardware where I bought it.

Very Happy Tyro customers. We have been with Tyro for several years and have had great service at all times, the system outages have been very low. The loan offers are a great feature with the percentage of takings per day used to pay back the loan in minimal time is great for cashflow when needed. The whole system is very user friendly. I recommend Tyro to everyone in business.
As a new franchisee setting up a new account using an existing service - the onboarding was incredibly slow. Almost 12 working days or 3 weeks to get an account going. No proactive commuication as to progress etc. me chasing them all the time. Long settlement times from previous days trades as well - especially over the weekends. And yes - its all there in the help pages as to settlement times.

When people place their actual card on or near my phone (in a horizontal position) it seems to take ages for the system to recognise the card and process the transaction. Other staff members have had the same issue with their phones. It regularly times out. It works really well when people use their phone to pay eg Applepay.
