While the Tyro system works very well, I still struggle with the very high cost of short term rentals. They are ridiculously high to the point of not being viable. Maybe that's the plan? Also, customer service is hit and miss. When I was overcharged for the same recent rental, I saw the error & spoke with customer service. The refund came through, but there was no follow up. Therefore, no checks & balances from their end.

Not happy at all with Tyro...took one of their EFT machines back to Bendigo Bank as it had their logo on it as they are supposed to be partners. However Bendigo bank lost the machine yet Tyro have still been charging me for it for 8 months. Iv tried to call them to stop payments but they say there is nothing they can do...absolutely discussing way to treat me Sam - Wheel House Bikes
