Great service quick delivery
TREDZ are well worthy of these 5 stars, probably more. The service and communication was excellent. There was a small issue with delivery, but TREDZ were at the end of the phone line to help out. A great little addition was a selection of all the tools I needed to finish off the build (fit the pedals / align the handlebars etc.). The bike is incredible and was at a great price. Can’t wait for the weather to improve to enjoy riding it to its full potential. A big thank you to all the Team at TREDZ.

Bike was delivered in a timely manner. Although DHL whacked the box in my unsecured back garden about an hour and a half before the time slot they gave (not Tredz fault). The gears on the bike had not been indexed properly so am having to take to a shop to get this done properly as I am terrible at mechanical stuff. This will obviously cost me money.***updated to 4 stars. Tredz have agreed to pay for the repair of the bike (bent front mech and bent rear derailleur). Good service. However still hassle getting a mechanic to fix the bike.
