Purchased a new road bike with Di2 shifters. I've still not managed to use the bike as the electric shifters are not working. Having contacted the helpline they have asked me to take it to a local bike store to be assessed. This is an additional burden and going to take a week to look at let alone fix. Not what I would expect for a brand new product.
