I purchased a Wahoo Elemnt Roam (bike computer) online and received it (tracked delivery) 2 days later. However, I found it difficult to see/read, so I returned it. No problem - money was refunded to my credit card a few days later. I then purchased the larger Wahoo Elemnt Ace .... again, delivered a few days later. Overall, I'm really happy with the purchasing experience with Tredz and I've also "tested" the returns process - which is very straight forward. I also spoke to customer service to clarify an issue regarding returns ... they couldn't have been easier to deal with. It is worth bearing in mind when you contact Tredz that you can use online chat or very easily speak with a knowledgeable human ... unlike many fully online retailers. So top marks to Tredz - competitive prices, great purchase experience, easy returns (if required) and excellent customer service/support. I will definitely purchase from them again
