I was really grateful that Tredz understand the sometimes slow progress of cycle to work schemes and allow customers to reserve bikes for 4 weeks. The whole service was excellent, and a small issue with the bike was dealt with quickly and professionally. Highly recommended
Brilliant experience with Tredz. Great communication about my order (my XXS road bike had to be specially ordered from the supplier) and they kept me updated on the timescales and built and dispatched as quickly as they could. Was well packaged and DHL required a signature upon delivery as I was a bit worried they’d leave a such a valuable item on the doorstep but that wasn’t the case, it was easy to choose a day that was going to be home.
