Tredz has become my go to cycle store as the variety of parts, accessories and clothing is great. The prices are pretty good especially if you get one of the offers. Website is easy to navigate and has good images and descriptions so choosing something to buy is simple. I actually chose a different item after reviewing the items. Basket and payment is smooth and delivery is quick.

Purchased E Mountain bike £3,499 online from Tredz when delivered, driver said the box had been damaged I photographed the damage and sent to Tredz and said would notify them of any damage to the bike when I unpack it. When I unpacked the bike which was poorly packaged the rear wheel was fouling on something and would not rotate backwards I told them of this and they offered £50 for me to take to nearest bike dealer, as I have no method of transporting the bike 8 miles to nearest bike shop I said wanted to send it back for a full refund they said they would send a box for me to pack the bike in and they would not be liable for any damage when returned to which I emailed I would not be liable! I had to pay a local builder £50 to come up and help me pack the bike as impossible to do on my own. They then emailed saying they wanted the bike bubble wrapped! I had already purchased a roll of tape which they had not supplied. When returned I asked for my refund and was told they have to inspect the bike to see if any damage and would take 24-72 hours to inspect. My builder found the damage as I did within seconds. After two days they processed my refund. I will not be purchasing anything from Tredz again.
