Currently having a nightmare with Tredz. I placed an order for my new Cycle 2 Work bike on 02/01/2025. The bike was showing as “AVAILABLE WITH SUPPLIER - Usually built & dispatched in 11-15 working days”, so my estimated delivery date was 20/01/2025 - 27/01/2025. Unfortunately Tredz came back to me a couple of weeks later on 23/01/2025 to advise they weren’t expecting stock of the bike I had ordered until 28/04/2025, almost 3 months after I was originally advised. I contemplated it for a few days however ultimately decided to cancel my order on 29/01/2025 and was advised that the funds would be back and available to be redeemed from Cycle 2 Work between 24 to 48 hours later. I placed a new order with MTB Monster on the same day as they had the bike I wanted in stock. I just had to pay a £200 deposit to reserve the bike whilst the funds were refunded from Tredz back to my Cycle 2 Work voucher. I was happy with this as they advised it would only be 24-48 hours for the balance to be refunded so I wouldn’t have been out of pocket for very long. It appears the refund was never actioned at this time and after a few emails back and forth they assured me that the refund had been issued on 10/02/2025 and again that it would be another 23-48 hours before the funds would be available to be spent. I waited 48 hours and contacted all involved parties (Tredz, Cycle 2 Work and MTB Monster) on 12/02/2025. MTB Monster confirmed the funds and not been refunded and also Cycle 2 Work also confirmed they had not received the refund from Tredz. The ball is back in Tredz court and awaiting a response but at present this is going around in circles. MTB Monster have had my bike built and ready for dispatch for quite a few days now so it is disappointing that Tredz cannot take ownership of this problem and pick up the phone to the relevant department to get it resolved promptly for what should be a simple administrative task.

As always the product was as expected and at the right price. Arrived within the promised delivery period, can't complain.

I ordered a bike on the cyclescheme and the price was great, the delivery was 48hrs and I needed to exchange an item due to sizes - I called the helpline and staff were really helpful. Excellent products, prices and service. Thank you
