I ordered what I wanted. Paid for it, and guess what.... They didn't rip me off. They actually sent it to me. Down side, I've been pestered for a review a few times. I don't understand why when you buy online from a store these days, they require you to give them a little pat on the back. I miss the days when giving businesses your money was praise enough.

No point in complaining to Tredz . Their customer service managers summarily decide that any complaint will go nowhere. Hence a review . Get Tredz to fix your pedals . Any problems you have doing it ? Down to you . No investigation. Case closed . Customer service delay . Customer service try to further delay by pleading that they are very busy .Manager summarily decides that you are to blame . No delay in taking money. That was slick. Buyer beware! Felt no love on VD. Further - And now you have the reply from Tredz . That emphasises the dismissive manner in which you will be treated if you have an issue . A telephone manager ( probably never been on a bike in her life) who will brush you off with no investigation and no chance to present your grievance . And you have to fight to even get to that manager . Big company - small minds . Answer me this one question Jasmine ? The pedals . Do they come ready packed from Taiwan ? I believe they do. I have checked . Then how could your mechanics have tested them - as you asserted ? Nonsense ! Jasmine ? You have added to your reply ? Never have your customer service dealing debates on a public forum . It makes you look desperate . And I note that you failed to answer my pedal packaging question . That makes you look evasive . I can do this all day Jasmine . I am a customer who has spent £750 on a bike and who has been let down . You are an avid disposal merchant who instructs the two young girls in your department to get rid of disgruntled customers by invoking the “ I’m too busy “ sympathy clause . Answer my question .

Ordered the product from Tredz a month ago, was informed that it wouldn’t be delivered until July this year. Cancel the order but noticed that they are still trying to sell this product online. Will not order from them again

Hi I ordered a medium Castelli cycling jacket it was too small. I had no problem returning it, I used the pick up service didn’t have to leave the house, and the refund was paid promptly. I reordered a large and it was perfect lovely jacket and half price. Totally happy.

I haven't received parcel. They want send me new out, so I'm stuck with no way to get to work .
