Have been using Transglobal for well over a year now and send regularly 5-20 parcels a week. We have a collection driver called Gary M who is honestly the best driver we have ever had. All of our parcels get where they need to on time and if there is ever a delay it is rectified quite easily with a phone call to the office. We have used parcel monkey, parcel hero etc etc but nothing compares to being able to pick up the phone and talk to a live person who helps every time Wouldnt go anywhere else

Amazing service from Frazer today! Thank you so much! I was so stressed out with an expensive table plan which ended up in a wrong DHL depot, a day before the wedding. After 3 calls regarding that order, Frazer actually took time to wait for me until I was chatting with a customer and resolved the issue. Thank you once again. Totally five stars for him. Highly recommend Transgloabal Express, I use them almost daily for my ecommerce business. Always reliable, never have any delivery problems plus if you do need to speak to someone yhey are easy to get hold of and super helpful.

We've been using Transglobal since 2014 for export parcels, and imports since the nightmare of Brexit was inflicted upon small businesses, when this became more difficult. They always have several options with different prices and delivery timeframes. It is unusual to have to call regarding a parcel. However, when I have had reason to call, the telephone has always been answered promptly, and the assistance provided has been excellent.

Great service with no issues and package from USA to UK arrived in fast time and without damage. The cost was a a bit more than expected due to the length of the items but could have had an additional 40lbs to parcel.

On our holiday In Tenerife while returning to the airport I foolishly left my phone on the transport, it also contained credit cards and my drivers licence! ! The driver handed them back to his company boss.🤦‍♂️ My wife and I phoned DHL in attempt to organise a return without having to cancel any of my cards or license. Happy days arrived in the guise of Vanessa Mills. She organised everything for us 😳 Office of iPhone location, wrapping and printing addresses both abroad and UK and all personnel involved 😇 This we feel was/is above the call of duty or reasonable expectation. IT ARRIVED THIS MORNING completely intact with all cards and licences 🙌🙌 Thank you Vanessa 😘

Always turn up within time frame, always a great job. They actually have customer service you can contact easily that works and helps with any issues. Good pricing for all parcels and great choice. I've used lots of delivery companies but now wouldn't use anybody else but Transglobal. Easy 10/10.

Very poor service they lost my parcel worth over 3k and not paying me to cover the cost. Terrible service.

First time using them to send a book to USA and on the whole it was a simple process. I affixed a USPS label instead of a DPD collection label when I tried to drop it off at the post office, who wouldn't accept. I called customer services to clarify the situation and my call was answered very quickly by Sarah D. who was friendly, efficient and explained the mix-up. She instantly emailed a replacement label which I was able to get printed in a copy shop and drop off successfully at the post office. So a bit of a faff for my first experience, but live and learn. Faultless customer services though which were greatly appreciated. Parcel not delivered yet, so this is more a review for customer service than postal delivery service!
