I've been a customer of TG for many years, for shipping occasional parcels out of the UK (in particular), and in the UK for "ease of collection" etc. In December 2023, I sent a bottle of Scotch to a friend in France, (an annual Christmas present) using DHL - per TG's recommendation. DHL refused to deliver the parcel - once it arrived in France (!) - which was embarrassing, and then tried to charge me UK import duties for returning the parcel (which were "waived"). To cut a long story short, TG have refunded me in full for the cost of shipping (thank you TG!). Their staff are always helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. It is easy to book on the telephone (TG's website for booking is good too) - how many companies nowadays only try to force you to "book online" etc (ref, in particular, the banks!?) Well done Transglobal Express!

Amazing customer service! Fast delivery!

Lost a package, having to chase myself every day. Communication absolutely nonexistent. Constantly told they're going to reach out to me but have to wait until tomorrow when they've spoken to the warehouse - hear nothing all day then I have to message them again.

Very trashy firm along with DHL. Had an export issue leading to paying this firm on their own advice for a return, but it was a complete and utter nightmare. And a total loss of time . Caused me massive amounts of stress and nearly losing £1500. Avoid this firm and dhl. Taking legal advice in regards to the distress and inconvenience.
