They're very efficient in collecting parcels, and always picked up the calls and solved easy problems straight away. Their price is also good. However, recently, they got more parcel undelivered or returned which is a headache. Supposedly, as the shipping labels all come with an insurance, we'd be able to claim up to certain amount, which mine stated as GBP25. However, I'd say DO NOT expect to receive any out of it. I'll summarise my claim experience with with about 10 parcels for the first half of 2024. 1. The claim team would make it difficult (almost impossible) for you to make a claim, such as asking you to wait until it's confirmed returned or undelivered, challenging your provided proof of parcel value, asking you to break it down and explain the costs further, etc. 2. After multiple explanations and solid evidences provided, they'd delay responding by saying they'll investigate. You won't expect to hear from them for weeks, until you follow up. I believe most people would just forget about it and so the claim goes disappeared. 3. After multiple followups, which is about a month since you make a claim, they'll STILL say it's under investigation. (All I was thinking was - Just issue me the amount with all evidences provided, and honour your £25 coverage) 4. About 2 months since you made a claim, they'd either turn down your claim with excuses, such as the parcel should be on its way back to you, or address provided doesn't seem to be correct, etc. Or, for those parcels they can't find any excuses to turn you down, they'd simply keep saying it's still being investigated and they'll come back to you afterwards. It's now 3 months already and I've done many many followups, yet there's still no single penny claimed back. The above was not just a single time thing, it happened about 10 times this year, and the ALWAYS made the claim process Not possible. Overall, DO NOT even think you can claim anything from them, even their website says there's a free insurance coverage.

Order placed at 11.59am, collected at 12.20pm. Amazing service I have uesed them for years and shipped items all over the world and arranged for them to collect items. So easy to use and never had any problems. Felt it was about time to say thanks as I usually just assume it will deliver on or before time!!

Absolutely terrible and incompetent service. Don't waste your time or money just book direct with actual courier.

I used Transglobal when I had a business shipping goods across the globe and always found them helpful - 10 years later and I've used them again - they've kept the high standards they've always had!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Very incompetent firm. Advertise that a parcel will travel form Romania to U.k in one day but I am Still waiting days later. When contacted the customer services staff are rude and unhelpful. Nothing but excuses from the firm to cover their failings. Also required extra money on top of the fee after picking up the parcel which was not explained before placing the order.

Versteckte Abzockerei! Ich habe jetz 3 mal eine Palette mit Transglobal Express verschickt. Die Preise sind günstig und die Zustellung hat auch geklappt. Aber jedes(!) Mal hinterher Nachforderungen: 2 x weil angeblich nicht stapelbar, einmal Bei einer Zarges Box auf Palette, weil angeblich nur Kartons zulässig sind, was aber nur für Pakete gilt. Ganz mieses Geschäftsmodell: Erst mit günstigen Preisen locken und hinterher nicht berechtigte Nachforderungen stellen!

Ashleigh Cleaver dealt with my order from start to finish and guided me throughout. Ashleigh ensured that i was at ease and followed all my instructions regarding the delivery. She also assured me that she would personally ensure that the boxes had the correct delivery address and that she would keep me updated at all times. It is easy to book a collection, the email update keeps you well informed of collection times - and if things do go wrong, as on occasions they have, the enquires team sort out the problem straight away.
