The screens are absolutely beautiful. They took a wee while to arrive but were well and truly worth the wait. They look great on my decking and the colour looks more like bronze than flat brown so I am delighted. Great value for money and a great company. Their communication was excellent. I’ve been dealing with a few companies to get my lost luggage however most have failed and charged much higher prices than Transglobal. Their customer service was impeccable always going over and beyond to deliver the service. They would always keep you updated and if you were unsure of anything they are happy help. Honestly dealing with this company was so relaxing in what was a difficult situation.

I have swapped to Transglobal because I can ring up and talk to someone who can immediately tell me what the situation is. I have not found this to be the case with other shippers.

I'm not quite sure what has happened to this company as they are normally very reliable but for the 3rd day running the driver has not turned up to pick up a parcel; normally great service but this time shocking! No-one ever calls back either.

I have had to amended / update a few courier shipments this week for one reason or another and the Live Chat system provided by Transglobal Express is excellent. I have dealt with Patrick, Amy and Emily this week and all have them have been so efficient and have resolved every issue that I have had with speed and such great customer service.
Hi Transglobal I booked shipping door to door, the package was collected from our Derby Factory and got to Singapore where it has been held, nobody can tell my why. We sent a package a month prior using the same method and it arrived great. but TP-7205899 is stuck in customs. Transglobal tell me the recipient need to contact customs to get his shipment. I believe if your paying for a door to door service you should get it, very disappointed i think its time to find some other company to sort our shipping.

Ordered a Item ON 5/29 and it's in Missouri,THE ITEM IS BEING HELD. they are asking for 200 for insurance for the item to be delivered. Once the item is delivered the 200 will be refunded. What are they talking about.
