A FedEx delivery to Lima, Peru, wasn't delivered to the correct address, despite being properly labelled. There was some confusion, which understandably annoyed the intended recipient and it looked for a while like a rather silly administrative impasse. Lyndsey Lloyd dealt with the continuing saga at both ends calmy, professionally, with a minimum of fuss, and eventually caused the package to be delivered to the right place. She is to be congratulated on keeping everyone happy - not always an easy task!

I have been using Transglobal for over 2 years now to ship worldwide and I have never had any issues. At the time of booking I always feel so safe, which is completely unlike our local UK courier who manages to lose and damage parcels on a weekly basis travelling only a few miles away! They are always easy to contact over the phone and everyone I have dealt with is very helpful when I have had any questions. Keep up the great work :) Thank you!

Having issue with parcel twice but happy in time taken to resolve still waiting parcel was sent a month ago apparently being returned to me fir the second time ☹️ Normally I’d give 5 stars but evri really let this company down.

Use a different company. I have had a total nighmare trying to deliver a shipment to U.S.A. It all got sent back to me battered and bruised because Fedex and Transglobal did not respond to a paperwork error when questioned by U.S.A. CUSTOMS. But hey ... I am just the shipper who footed the huge bill for this. U.S. Customs only contacted me to say did I want the goods destroyed or should we sent them back. Charming £325.00 later !!! So far nobody is claiming responsiblity , Let's see if I get my money back. If I do, I will delete this review. Now you are asking me for the TP references so you can re- investigate. The numbers are TP5796491 and TP5693302 lets see if you are going to play fair with me.

Somehow there were extra labels stuck on my client's boxes and this caused so much confusion. Aisha Adem was my customer service and I cannot thank her enough. She assisted me through the whole process and made me feel like I had someone who actually there to offer the support I needed. Transglobal is a fantastic company. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for all your help. :)

Your customer service and pick up service is best. But for delivery parcel to INDIA on your website said 3 to 4 days, unfortunately it takes more than week. please do update delivery time or speed up service for become best review. Thank you. Best wishes. Mr. Patel

Trading Standards have been informed!! REF TP-6008923 Transglobal express are in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations act as per there T&Cs Trading Standards are in agreeance after Transgloble express quoted using there online service for 1 shipment to the Republic of Ireland 110cm x 64cm x 54cm cost £117.66 as calculated from there website. Under the distance sellers regulations we entered a legal binding online contract with Transgloble to collect and deliver 1 parcel as per contract, hours later we received an email saying sorry we can not ship that item at that price because DHL now want an extra £250 on top of what I have paid!! Sorry but you can NOT quote a price then hours after we have paid for this service demand more money!! The price you quoted is the price you will do the job for. All the sizes and weights are correct so it is your problem you quoted £117.66 NOT MINE. After Getting no where on the phone we called Trading Standards explained the situation and the agree they are in breach of there online agreement, on top of that I had the option to leave my money with them so I am in credit!!!! Because they said on the phone this item will not be collected and they are terminating the consignment. If I had falsely entered incorrect details then it would be a different story, you would have the right to ask for more money. Sine this we have read other reviews and we have even seen threats from Transgloble with debt collectors for £19 on one review!!! How on earth do you expect to get away with type of service?? We are awaiting more information from trading standards regarding your breach of contract. You have not heard the last of this, as soon as we know more about or rights we will be in touch.
