I sent documents by TNT documents express service. But they were delivered on the 4th day late afternoon, furthermore the customer service was not helpful. I use this company for so many years, this is my first experience like that, not just a delay, but not wiliness to resolve the issue. In fact, the comment was made that 3 days is acceptable delivery time. Well, for the post may be, for express delivery not. IMHO

I have used Transglobal since we started our small business 3 years ago as being able to select the best courier option for each destination is so useful for a small business. Also because the customer service team have always been so helpful with my numerous questions when I have needed to contact them and rapidly solved any queries I have had. 'Live chat' is great and I was assisted by Vanessa this morning on live chat who was so attentive when I needed to alter a collection date. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and alleviated my concerns in minutes. Thank you Vanessa and the rest of the amazing customer service team.

Have been using Transglobal for many years. I am a bookseller. Yesterday someone cancelled an order for a book, that was going to the US. Transglobal was able to cancel the order. I was not charged for the service.
Efficient cost effective service.
Again...they are good when everything goes well, otherwise "there is nothing they can do". As customers we need to guess that something could be wrong and if it is, we are the ones who pay and the ones responsible for anything that goes wrong
I have been using transglobal express for about 4 years. I recommend them to anyone looking for a courier both for international and local deliveries. They have always been prompt with pickups, and I like that you can choose which courier to go with. I live rurally, and there used to be a charge for pickup, but they have changed this in the last year so that there is no extra charge, which is really helpful. I mucked up today - I had booked a parcel for pick up and forgot to put it out. Disappointed in myself for, for wasting their time, and assuming I'd have to pay to book another pickup, I called to arrange it. Now it is all booked in again by a very friendly customer service agent, who also explained I would not have to pay for a rebook. Amazing!
