The Therapy Notes representative understood my claims issue very quickly and took action to correct it. He was friendly and caring about the frustrations I had trying to resolve the issue.

This was just a typical interaction with TN. The thing that I appreciate is the I HATE phone calls. But because of the consistent positive response I get from TN, I don't dread (or put off) calling. They are efficient and friendly, and find a way to explain things in a way that makes sense quickly. The summary email they send afterward is a lifesaver for not having to keep calling about the same issue. They have, without a doubt, the single best customer service I've ever experienced.

I talked to a real person! I have been look at platforms to support my practice. Most of them I do not get to talk to a person or it is through email and delayed responses. I was provided with personalized support and all my questions were answered. I felt confident to use the product after the call.

I have no idea what I would do without Therapy Notes!! Their platform is extremely comprehensive!! It’s like “one stop shopping” for all of your private practice needs!! Their customer service is also really great!! They are always professional, patient and really know what they are doing!! As a bonus, a follow up email is sent w the directions discussed on your call. A big shout out to Olivia at TN tonight (a Saturday night) helping me understand what I needed to do to make important edits to a client’s document(s).

The software is easy to set up and use. Lots of automated functions, easy tracking reports, and embedded forms and assessments. Mobile interface is also very good. Tech Support has been wonderful with problem-solving, and the company is very responsive with requests for new functions. This is the best EMR I've ever used.

When I called in to Support after being worried about a possible technical bug, the Support rep was able to dig into my issues and help find answers to my questions so I could provide the right info to my clinicians. It was a great experience and I felt like they were receptive to my concerns and stuck with me to figure out answers. Very thankful for the Support Team and all the wonderful work they do to help me out whenever I run into an issue on the job.

Therapy Notes, honestly has the VERY best customer service ever. Not only is their EHR the very best, but the way they handle things goes above and beyond. If you are not using Therapy Notes for your EHR, you are not doing your practice justice. The ease of use along with the excellent customer service experience far exceeds anything out there.
