Customer support is amazing! They respond in a timely manner and are always helpful. TherapyNotes is user friendly. I have tried their competitor but did not find it user friendly.

I had a problem with connectivity to TherapyNotes on two different devices and two different servers. I reached out after hours and received a quick reply with helpful, comprehensive instructions to clear the cache. Problem solved! I have been using TN for 2 years and have received prompt, cheerful, helpful responses on the few occasions I needed assistance. It's a great company and great EHR platform!
The customer service rep was super friendly and helpful and while helping me, was able to give me a tip that was helping with another issue I had. She also sent a follow up email that had the step by step instructions in it so I had it for future reference! Kudos!

I was introduced to TherapyNotes while working for a (different) group practice. When I opened my own group practice I tried a different EHR thinking it would save me money but opted to return to TherapyNotes because... 1) It saves money 2) It is very user-friendly 3) Support services are always fast, friendly and is always actually helpful 4) TherapyNotes truly is thoughtful and careful with the user experience and takes their time to roll out changes methodically and with intention so that privacy and other aspects that are of the utmost importance are not sacrificed. Today I contacted Support for help with payment processing and they were able to guide me through to the solution quickly.

Customer service is AWESOME! I am transitioning from another electronic medical record system, and am not complete with the transition, so I cannot speak to how the billing portion works, but everything that I have had an issue with, all I need to do is pick up the phone, and I get a person. Sometimes, there is a short wait, but they have 24 hr availability of customer support people, all in the United States. Extremely helpful!
TherapyNotes has been the best behavioral health EHR I have used. Their platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, they are always adding new features (without increasing the price) and their support is 24/7 and always helpful. I would recommend them to any practice.
I have been a TN user for almost 10 years and they have always been top notch in terms of customer service, products and have steadily increased the resources and functionality of the software since I started. Today, one of the reps (Kayla) saved me hours of time and solved an issue I have been struggling with for months. I am thrilled with them and I recommend them to anyone!

Therapy Notes is great but Card Pointe, their payment processing company, is absolutely horrible and ultimately, made it impossible for me to use Therapy Notes for my business. If you plan on processing payments through Therapy Notes, I wouldn't waste your time even applying. They rejected me three times without any valid or clear explanation and Therapy Notes is so disconnected from their provider, they were no help at all.
