TherapyNotes customer service is the best! Every person I've interacted with has been competent and warm. TherapyNotes is usually easy to use, and intuitive, but when I have a question (typically about billing) the experience has been positive. Every time!

I have been with TherapyNotes, LLC for many years. This cyberattack has been difficult to navigate. The support staff at TherapyNotes has been excellent with their ongoing support. Answered my questions and talk me through situations that I am now better prepared for the next steps of getting back online again. They have be wonderful through all of this even though this was new for them too. Best decision to use TherapyNotes for my private practice

Customer service reps are always very friendly, professional and issues are always resolved quickly which helps with productivity.

The staff are always great, knowledgeable and friendly. They're very patient and will help you resolve your issue in no time. They also send a follow-up e-mail for review and in case you should run into the same issue again. They're also 24 hours now which is extra helpful in emergencies.

Anna and the rest of the staff at TherapyNotes are absolutely superior... no hyperbole. I had at least 6 questions today that I fired off to their customer service department and before the end of the day I had a response with detailed instructions on how to address my issue. TherapyNotes customer service never disappoints. It's why I will continue choosing them over other programs, even though they make me do my notes... hahaha.

It feels really helpful to know there is someone to call 24 hours a day to assist you with whatever questions or concerns you may have. I have had really wonderful interactions with the Customer Success Representatives, particularly Asheton S and Eduardo B. I recommend Therapynotes wholeheartedly.

Using the names of the patients might be inappropriate. Your system may assign a client/patient number and it might be a better approach.

TherapyNotes provides fast customer support via email. They have all the things I need to run a private practice. I don't have a need to look elsewhere.

The support is fantastic! I trust that my concerns will be received and addressed in a timely way, and my suggestions for improvements are considered seriously. I love this program and strongly recommend it to any therapist looking for excellent software to manage their practice.

Therapynotes support is thorough in holding my hand through whatever issues I have. Since the changehealthcare cyber attack I was worried about how to process my claims and they gave me all the time I needed without rushing me off the call. Asheten told me that she would be happy to help me again if I got stuck in the claims process through therapynotes.

I recently had an issue with my payment processing system being out of compliance and called the support team, not knowing how to handle it myself. I only had to wait briefly for a representative to answer and Brian was very efficient and helpful. The issue was resolved simply and quickly!

I have been with TherapyNotes for about 8 years. It is simple, logical, easy to use, and the forms meet all regulatory requirements. They take feedback and apply it into updates and they keep up as things change within the industry. Reporting features are easy to use and meet all of our needs. The billing integration is effective, and they communicate effectively if there is any known issue. There are other systems, but the customer service here is superior in my opinion.

I reached out via email and got a response within minutes. My question was clearly answered with various options to resolve my problem. I was able to get the problem resolved within ten minutes of reaching out to Therapy Notes. Wow! Easy-Peasy! Therapy Notes ROCKS!

I have used Therapy Notes for years and it is by far the best system for electronic medical records. Their support team is quick and efficient responding to my needs. They are constantly updating and improving their system. I am extremely happy with their service and I highly recommend them for any group practice owner or solo practitioner.

Horrible/poor response to cyber attack on billing issues. Therapy notes should be ashamed of themselves.I would never tevommemd there platform,
