TherapyNotes has not handled the situation with Change Healthcare in a way that makes business sustainable for providers. They have waited to change clearinghouses when other EHR’s have been able to do it all due to their ancient coding and inability to pivot as every other EHR in the country did in days or just a week or so following the attack. When voicing our opinion about how they continue to charge us our monthly fees while not providing the service we need and signed up for they refuse to take ownership of the issue and are trying to silence us from voicing our opinions on the matter. I have been blocked from their facebook group for bringing attention to the issue. They continue to make promises that they are working on the inability to file claims through their platform yet there is no solutions. Other software platforms are doing it and have been. This business is doing just fine taking our money while we individual providers continue to struggle. They cannot be trusted.
Therapy Notes is the BEST EHR for mental health records, billing, and everything else you may need. They are professional, respond to the unique needs of therapists, and have the most amazing customer service team. I honestly don't know how they remain so paitent, skilled, and helpful. They set the standard for EHR AND customer service and support.

TherapyNotes goes above and beyond with their customer service! They make themselves available 24-7 (who does that anymore?!), they are always kind, considerate, patient, and knowledgeable. They are constantly updating their EHR to make it better (and it's already great!!, they listen to feedback on suggestions and often make those updated changes. It's clear they care about their customers. Honestly, I can't think of another company in any field that is as top-notch in their customer service as TherapyNotes is.
Excellent customer service! Every time I call support I get all my questions answered. I've also had great experiences with e-mailing questions. Even during a very tricky time with clearning house offline, TherapyNotes has been on top of communication and support to helping me continue billing insurance. Tiffany, the woman who took my call, was so professional, kind and knowledgeable as she was so patiently and clearly gave me an update on the Change Healthcare nightmare. She gave me an honest assessment of the current status of this situation, and encouraged me where she genuinely could. After speaking with her, I have confidence that the staff of TherapyNotes is doing everything they can to get us up and running again. They have taken steps beyond Change Healthcare's lead and have taken the initiative to create and provide an alternate to Change Healthcare. As someone who is overwhelmed at attempting to negotiate through the present situation, after speaking with Tiffany, I feel completely comfortable with contacting the support team to walk me through this transitional process, step by step.
My experience with Therapy Notes from day 1 has been stellar. In prior work experiences and in my earlier days of practice work, I used other EHR's and they ranged from awful to Okay. Therapy Notes was a game changer. Claims come back faster, help line REALLY helps and within 24 hours or less. Responsive, personalized, pleasing to the eye and user-friendly! I seriously love it.

After trouble shooting on my own for more than 2 weeks, I reached out to tech support to help with an issue of a client's record opening upon login. Robert H. was able to resolve the issue immediately - no trouble shooting, no trial & error, but rather a very fast and effective fix to my problem. My only regret is that I didn't call the 1st day I experienced the issue.
