I contacted customer service for assistance with a complicated issue involving merchant payment processing. The support team went above and beyond to assist me. Everyone I worked with was meticulous, kind, and prompt in their responses. I worked in customer service for 6 years, and I can say that the customer service at Therapy Notes is among the best I've ever experienced.

I'm still getting my practice started. I"ve been slow, but Therapy NOtes continues to offer free trial period. While I've slowly been learning the ropes, the customer service people have been outstanding. THey are so patient and never make me feel like I"ve asked a stupid question.

I just switched to TN five months ago. Customer service at TN is unmatched and my transition to them was easy. The cost is also awesome! Plus they are taking notes and making new improvements daily. Personally, I love it here!

Our Company is just forming and we all seem to have questions about a lot of them, The team is very quick to reply and work extremely hard to maintain compliance and a very safe space for our staff to learn and grow. Most recently, I needed some help getting a spreadsheet involving specific demographic information in order to deal with my end of this entire CHANGE ransomware attack. I think TherapyNotes took only about an hour, even with the deluge of requests they were getting, to help me out perfectly. Clear, concise, and efficient. I was thinking it would take them a day to get back to me, I was wrong and love it. They also have been doing a six-star job with how they've been handling the turmoil caused by the CHANGE ransomware attack. Up to date every day, lots of simultaneous efforts to make it easiest for us, waiving fees related to insurance, everything. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Support staff have all been knowledgeable and patient, responsive and respectful. Even when I "came in hot" with being panicked and resistant I was approached with patience and reassurance; I received top notch support and clearly communicated guidance.

The phone wait time was short (even shorter than what it prompted that it said it would be) and I was connected to a helpful support person who was able to help me navigate thru the issue that I was having, he was very respectful, courteous, friendly and patient. I also received a follow-up email that if I needed anything further or if there was anything else that he could assist me to let him know. I gave the representative an A+ review!

From the first download of the demo till use, everyone at TherapyNote has been great, not only do they explain things but they send an e-mail with the same instructions - that lets me concentrate on what I'm doing instead of trying to do and take notes. I can not say enough good about the team as well as the program itself.

I begin seeing clients next week on 4/1 at my new sole practice and Olivia was encouraging and supportive. She was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. You never know anymore if customer service people are going to be nice and/or courteous and she was absolutely lovely. Thank you.

Set up an appointment to have some questions answered. Rick at therapynotes refused to answer my questions and was dismissive. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Amazing customer service. Top notch support! The medical records system is user friendly and efficientl. I've been with therapy notes for two years and absolutely do not regret my commitment to them and I'm extremely pleased with all the services they provide.

I've used TherapyNotes for over 2 years and they just keep getting better! Constantly updating the software based on clinicians' feedback, adding assessments,adding new features, etc. Their customer service is incredible. Someone is available 24/7! And those answering the calls know their stuff. They then follow up with an email giving step by step instructions on what they help you with. And...they are one of the most,if not the most,affordable EHR on the market. I look forward to many more years as a customer. Thanks TN!

They have been tremendously helpful during the ChangeHealthcare Cyberattack. Despite three weeks of uncertainty and non payment, I was able to use their Blog and their instructions to Office Ally to help get payments flowing again. As a private practitioner operating solely, this saved my practice and bills!
