Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.
Ordered a matching footstool to go with one of their armchairs. It arrived about 6-8 weeks later. Have to say the footstool didn't come properly packaged, just an open plastic bag Not impressed, looked vulnerable to damage etc as if it had just fallen out of a van!
Friendly service in the showroom, really good advice which helped me to select . Delivery was a little later than planned but that’s understandable nowadays . Highly recommended

Honestly so disappointed. We came here over Easter to look at the 'Madison' sofa at the Islington branch and after spending some time looking at different fabrics, we spoke with the salesperson (Destiny I think her name was) and said that we have a cat, who sometimes likes to claw and asked for her advice. We quite liked the 'Sand Dune' fabric and was told it is family friendly and excellent for pets, which is why we opted to pay the extra and order the "premium" fabric. The good: the sofa is nice and was actually delivered a little quicker than estimated which was about 6-7 weeks after ordering. The bad: the fabric is in no way a hard wearing fabric and is already looking a bit tatty. We had a two-year-old cheap Ikea sofa whose fabric looked in better condition when we got rid of it. This was our first major sofa purchase and after being uncomfortable on cheap sofas in our rented accomodation, we were really excited to have a sofa we could enjoy for years. I appreciate it isn't the company's fault that our cat has clawed the sofa, it happens, we expected it to but after seeing how well our previous sofa held up to minimum clawing and being told this was a hard-wearing, durable, family-friendly fabric, we feel really badly advised and also a bit like we were told a lie so they could make the sale. We now have the choice of either covering the sofa or paying for it to be reupholstered, neither of which are appealing or acceptable options after having had the sofa for only a few weeks.

Best customer service I ever received! I have ordered sod bed Molly, product is really great and good quality. Super pleased. I had to change delivery time few times and customer service was fantastic, they did allow me to choose any future date for Delivery. I wish every company was like that. Highly recommended!
Right from the start The Lounge Co were very helpful with any questions I had. They kept me informed on how my order was going through email and on the day of delivery the driver phoned to let me know my time slot for my delivery. They were on time and very polite
We had ordered via a third person but we were let down badly, when dealing direct with the Lounge company they went over and above to help resolve the issue despite it not being their error. Pleasant efficient staff throughout and into delivery

Fantastic service at Islington store by store manager. Knowledgable and provided a good service. Very comfortable sofa and footstool chosen. Initially told a 10 week delivery but notified sooner with a quicker delivery. Delivery men superb and removed packaging and placed the sofa in place. Removal of packaging. One happy customer
