Very good customer service, very helpful

This was Bonnie’s first visit to the groom room. I was a little worried but she got on fine. She looked absolutely beautiful when I picked her up. It was just the way I wanted it. The lady was amazing and I will definitely be back. I’ve already made another appointment.

My regular groomer of ten years started to let us down and out of necessity, booked my labradoodles in with the Groom Room on 30/04/2024. Really glad I did at first. They came out beautifully groomed, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and all was well. The girls really take their jobs seriously. I would have certainly recommended the Groom Room at Capitol Centre Preston, but unfortunately our experience was soured. Being a disabled Veteran, I legitimately parked in a disabled bay, only to be fined because the attendant allegedly couldn't read the expiry date . Photo was fabricated at waist height and the expiry date was clear as a bell when viewed at a different angle. My appeal was refused point blank. For this reason, and this reason only, I cannot recommend going here. Such a shame as they do a fantastic job but really not a good place to park, hence only 4 stars.

The care shown towards my little and somewhat elderly little girl is amazing they treat her with utmost kindness and love and she comes out looking so calm and happy. She also has a great cut and smells so much nicer then the scruffy smelly fun-loving lhasa aspo she goes in as.

Very poor took them 3weeks to answer 2 voicemails , shocking , i gave up trying to get hold of them ,went elsewhere very un professional . (Hamilton.)

I was nervous as it was Onyx’s first time at the groomers but the lady there was brilliant. Her nails are beautifully done she smells amazing and Onyx was so happy when I came and picked her up an hour later. Totally worth the money.

The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and they looked after Frank well. The job was complete within the timeframe and I will definitely be back. Good Job!

I'd like to say a special thankyou, to Maddy, Eve, Sarah and Dylan at the Winwick Road site. Since changing the app, I've had nothing but problems, regarding, If anyone can remember, 4th groom half price. The new app doesn't agree. Maddy came to the rescue, and agreed with me, and without any problems. Arranged the 50% discount, thankyou. Eve as always, it's that lovely smile and acknowledgement when you walk through the door and say hello. Sarah and Dylan, for their fabulous treatment of our puppy Bailey, during the grooming treatment. And the manager, Maddy, for all your kindness and help throughout our visit and booking process. Thankyou and we'll see you all again soon.

Great groom as always

The folks at the Groom Room Lisburn do a good job every time. This time Chelsea did a brilliant job and Mort looks very smart. He has been so well washed, de-shedded and dried. Lovely job, much appreciated Chelsea and thanks for pointing out the potential irritation from his collar. 😊
