Waited 20 minutes at the counter before anyone even come to book me in , quoted £49 over the phone when finished told £65 and they don’t know why I was told that price

Cooper came out looking lovely and fluffy with nice short nails as we had asked but was flabbergasted at what the total bill came to. I will now have to stop using the Groom Room as I can no longer afford it.

Jax can be an unpredictable dog at times but according to the groomer he was really well behaved which I am sure was down the the lovely lady that groomed him. Will definitely visit again. Thank you

Constantly rescheduling last minute and very unreliable. They have actually damaged my dogs undercoat by cutting it too short. Needless to say now at another groomers.

Not happy with the cut very uneven

The staff were great and the service was great too, the attention to how my dog would react to he’s first time was appreciated. Price was too high though. He will need top ups every month or so and at £53 it’s not sustainable.

The groom room is always fantastic with my dog. He is very fiesty and they know exactley what to do to calm him down.

Nicola is always great with Klaus and gives me constructive feedback on how he has behaved whilst with her. This helps me to know if there is anything I need to work on at home.

I payed extra for a treatment for dead hair removal and my dog didn’t get it and I olso get my dog wet wasn’t dryd

I attended the Brentford Groom Room and WOW what they did for my golden retriever was incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful. And my golden retriever looks so happy and comfortable with these staff members and bonus looked great when I picked her up. Definitely recommend this salon!

Cannot believe that I have been shouted at and called a C##Tby Lisa in the groom room , highly unprofessional whilst grooming a dog Apologies to the black dog at the time if it got stressed by Lisa’s aggressive shouting and profanity this was at 9-30 this morning in the Basingstoke groom room

Staff lovely and friendly and Beaker was comfortable and looked after the whole time. She came out all happy and fresh as a daisy.

My cavapoochon puppy had his first big boy cut (teddy bear cut) and it looks amazing he’s so cute. The groomer was so good with him and treated him with respect. He had the best time. I was anxious as it was his first cut but it’s clear I shouldn’t have been. Well done to his groomer
