First time we took our puppy there for grooming. The groomer was wonderful and my puppy came happy first time. Grooming lady was really friendly but the lady at the reception was not friendly at all. Me and my husband went to reception and she didn't even look at us or said anything. She behaved like we're invisible.1 star less for receptionist sorry.

Lovely ladies. Zeus loved it there he wasn't bothered about me leaving him there at all. Book in again for full groom 9th August

The Groom room in Uxbridge cut a hole in by dogs neck! They didn’t have the cover on the clippers and sliced into his neck. Their internal vets Vets4pets had a non clinical person look at photos and declared that an open neck wound wasn’t serious enough to be considered urgent and we had to go the next day. When we arrived the vet, a lovely man Dr Elijah in Ruislip said it was serious enough and we should have come the day before… he wasn’t happy that it was his team who advised otherwise. The wound was glued originally but it reopened less than 24 hours later and he needed internal and external stitches. I have many photos and the pets at home central customer service team have offered a gift basket as compensation…. They also stopped replying to my emails 3 days ago. Vile company, vile treatment and my poor pooch has this horrible injury and permanent scarring!

Groomer’s were excellent- polite friendly and professional. Our dog is a rescue dog and we were not sure how she would react to being groomed but they did a great job and our dog seemed very calm and happy when we collected her

Both of the women was so friendly and accomadating, and Beau left so fluffy and looked amazing

Gina is amazing with our Pomeranian puppy and is always friendly and welcoming with us. His grooms always look amazing and he is never stressed afterwards. Would highly recommend the groom room to anyone looking for a groomer for their pooch.

The service was good the dogs were groomed well and seemed happy. I found it a bit more expensive and was charged a late fee for being 15 mins late to pick up the dogs.which I was not told about. I have made another appointment but will definitely not be late to pick the up the next time.

Took ozzy to the groom room (wellingborough) as usual, noticed it was a lot quieter than normal but left ozzy with zander who paid compelete attention to him, zander always does a brilliant job with ozzy and we was very pleased with the end result. As long as zander is there we will keep taking ozzy back

Boo & buddy use to hate being groomed. I have 2 shihtzu and they are very anxious fussy dogs that hate there feet/legs being touched & petathome groom room in thamesmead has 2 great caring ladies who are so welcoming & friendly. My dogs now love a groom with these ladies & they some how get them both fully groomed smelly lovely and looking beautiful everytime and both dogs come out happy.. I couldn’t ask for a better service from them ladies.

I was given 5pm appointment time and told two people will cut and wash her as she is elderly dog and has been going there for years so they are fully aware. They called me up to pick her up at 5:45pm still wet and stated they couldn’t finish her as she was shivering. Of course she was shivering if they left her freezing cold and wet! My dog was absolutely fine apart from being cold/wet. They did agree to continue to finish her cut another day but this is not acceptable when she doesn’t like being cut and she had to go through the process twice in one week. Very disappointing service

I have always received good and friendly service. Staff know my dog by name and always asks how she is and any concerns they need to know about. They let me know how she has been through her treatment. Overall I would not go any where else.

Very very impressed the girls are amazing I even blamed them for my wrong date mix up and I apologised but they kept calm and professional.. I am soo sorry girls .. bertie came out looking amazing and they had a tough job and glad my temperamental baby wastaken care of thankyou girls x

They are always great with my kray twin dogs. They both come back Happy

Lola is a very timid dog but she is always looked after so well by the groomers

This is Rusty’s second visit he is now 15 months, so the dedicated and professional team have got him use to grooming. He has come out a very smart little chap and is growing a lovely Adult coat.
