Very friendly and helpful staff, really kind to my dog to put him at ease.

I have used the groom room for may years with no issues. But twice now the gentleman groomer has not cut my dogs nails. The ladies have no problems doing it, they just let my dog winge on. They also tried to charge me for a full groom even though I had paid a £15 deposit. We won't be using again.

My dog gets very stressed about having his bath brush & blow dry !! So when he’s booked in for 9am it would be helpful if he could be seen to at 9am not 9.15

Dog was quite matted I must admit but they shaved her everywhere in the worst way. Left her with an unsymmetrical moustache, eyebrows entirely uneven, bits of long hair left in random patches and the poor ears! Ugliest cut I’ve ever see on a dog and clearly made her uncomfortable as she keeps licking and biting herself now and is always curled up and hiding her gaze

We took our black lab in for a full groom and nail cutting we dropped him off at 11am as to that was his appointment time to be called 20 minutes later to be collected but it states on the website site this particular groom is 90 minutes upon collecting him we found him to still be very damp to touch so would definitely not recommend here. When called to question this the person that answered was very rude and sarcastic on the phone and stated that his last groom only took 35 minutes as to why it was quick this time not acceptable answer to me so will be taking this further also.

As usual dog was relaxed , but quite glad to see me. His coat was clean and even.

Friendly staff. Safe and secure. Doogle can be very vocal, the staff are always able to deal with him, he doesn’t like being bathed and groomed. Really happy with his cut and beautiful soft fur after his treatment.

Dog groomed well as expected. Pricing has increased greatly and depends on groomer waiving a ‘measuring stick’ around. The groom room is on the first floor and the lift has been out of order for over 6 weeks, making the access very difficult for someone like me, with multiple disabilities. The store management does not seem to appreciate the problems the lack of access presents. Whilst the store staff brought the dog to me, they were unable to make follow up appointment.

Brilliant Professional Staff My previous dog like going to the Groom Room sadly I lost her last year but now have a new pup this was her first visit and as always was taken very good care of. You don’t get better treatment anywhere

Molly always looks and smells lovely after her wash and dry groom. My only complaint is the customer lift wasn't working and using stairs is an issue for me, if I'd known ahead of time I wouldn't have gone.

We have been taking our lab for his entire life to Letchworth and he has always loved his groom, but the last time we took him, he apparently would not allow the groomer to groom him, he was so anxious, since we picked him up, he has been a different dog and scared of everything! Seemingly his usual groomer has left, so looks like we are too, there is absolutely no way I am taking him back. He used to have so much fun when going and always looked forward to it... not anymore.
