Our dog has been in a lot of pain and on medication, my husband explained and to be careful around her shoulder and neck and they attended well and was really careful. So grateful for this.

First visit to the groom room and very pleased with the cut, particularly the nails. Found it expensive, £16 more than previous groomer who had retired but dog seemed happy so will return

The service is great, ie text reminders, online booking etc. staff are friendly and really helpful. The big minus for me now is the cost of a groom which this time round was £58, which is now becoming too expensive. Not sure this is the norm for the industry now, but something needs to give. Really shame as I find them the best service around.

Always a great experience for my dog when we come here. The girls are always helpful, informative & will let you know how your animal has coped with it all. The Girls are always very friendly.

The staff are always so lovely and helpful. They always take such good care of our dog, he comes back looking perfect after his groom and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t fault them.

Staff presentable, professional and polite with a with a good approach to a nervous dog and nervous owner. A fantastic job of grooming done on a small course haired dog. My dog was returned to me happy and well presented. Will definitely use your service again

As always the service at Groom room was exceptional! My dog is anxious and the staff always take time to comfort her and reassure me! She is beautifully groomed again and was really happy when I picked her up. I recommend groom room to all my friends with dogs.

My dog went for his usual monthly groom, the last few times he has been his nails and face folds haven’t been done properly. I mentioned it to the staff when dropping my dog off and they said they would make sure they were done this time. I picked my dog up from here and then noticed blood around his nails where they had been cut too short. When rang to ask why I hadn’t been informed of this, they said that there was no blood in the salon and to put flour on the bleeding to stop. I had been told previously that the puppy shampoo was free but the sensitive shampoo was an additional charge so I opted for puppy shampoo but still got charged an additional fee, when I questioned this the staff said that I had been told wrong.

Groomers made our dog feel very calm

Loki was not stressed and he was the cleanest he was ever been. Laura the groomer was great. Loki love her.

Took my Labradoodle was told he had a it if matting around his neck . When I returned to pick the dog up 2 hours later he was sitting waiting for me with the groomer she said I might find a few stay hairs . Well I did at a closer look when I returned home I realised I could have chopped him myself as they did without paying £74.00 .thats £79.00 with the £5.00 deposit . They are supposed to be professionals as their price indicates this . My dog is a 13 month old Labradoodle and this is not his first visit he came for a puppy groom at a young age and has had a handful of visits . The time before I was told they couldn’t cut his head as he wouldn’t let them I was excepting of this, however they didn’t seem to have the same problem this time . I would question if they even bathed him I think they took the shears and did what any amateur would do .

Took my puppy for his first groom , he was with Megan and she was amazing with him. She was great with him and have booked with Megan again.

So after booking some time ago it was finally our fur baby first time at the Bath Pets at Home Groom Room. Storm is 10 months old little Lady, as any nervous parent leaving their fur baby for the first time it’s nerve racking. Storm had Carla looking after her and doing her full pamper, Carla took on board everything we asked of her, so we left our baby with her and went back towards the end of her full pamper taking a sneaky look from a distance how she was doing. Well got to say Miss Storm looked and smelt so good when we picked her up her grooming was everything we asked of Carla and our girl looks even more gorgeous with her new all over hair cut,in which Carla used scissors and then used the smaller razor on around her other bits. I think storm is happy and she will be easier to keep cool and clean. The team in pets at home at bath groom room were all excellent from the first meeting to today and Carla understood that storm was nervous having her nails clipped at the end due to her being cut accidentally at her vets in the past. Myself and my husband are very happy with Carla and the other staff they are all polite give good advice and very professional and the groom room is kept very clean and we have booked her in with Carla again after the summer then again before Christmas. I can't imagine how hard work it can be for these ladies Very pleased with this team and highly recommend, very happy customers 😀🐶🥰

I would never use them again went to the one in Winchester. For a start the cuts were horrible. One of our dogs was cut far to short and now has cuts all over her and the other dog disent look like he's been cut at all l. Both digs are tramatatised and we now have yo take one to the vets. I stupidly paid at the time as I just wanted to get the dogs home I wish u hadn't as they are now refusing me a refund

The staff are friendly (I go on Thursdays) and I always feel confident in their ability to care for my nervous dog. Although she doesn’t like the separation, I usually wander round the shop to hear if she’s crying. She settles quickly, is able to cope with the bathing and grooming. She looks lovely when I collect her. I’d recommend them 100%!

Shocking cut on my cavapoo. I asked for her not to be cut too short. She has been scalped. Parts of her legs are shaved down to the bone. Her face is uneven and choppy. Her ears do not match. The girls reason for the bald stripes on her front paws is the hair grows in a different direction. She is almost 3 and suddenly her hair grows in a different direction. The area around her bum is bald right down to the flesh. I paid a £15 deposit online and was told it could not be taken off the balance I have to wait 3-7 days for the refund and if I do not receive it I have to contact customer service. In March I paid £59 for her groom, today they charged me £71. When I asked why so much more than all other cuts, her reply was she measured bigger and a small and medium price has changed. She said the reason for the short cut was she matted. I would never allow her to become matted, she is brushed daily and the rare occasion she may have had something stuck in her fur or I thought it was getting matted I will trim it out. At least she grows fast. Never again will I take her there.
