Another brilliant groom for Mabel, this is her 3rd groom and I am very pleased with the results. Mabel hates being groomed but with 2 groomers on hand she look amazing when I pick her up.

Solihull Groom Room have now cancelled 3 appointments on the morning they were booked in. Another family member has had a similar experience. They must be taking double bookings as all can’t be due to sickness.

Dylan groomed Charlie on monday 27th we were very happy with his cut and Charlie seemed to love his time he was falling asleep mid groom so he was very relaxed 😌 thank you again 🐶

This was the first time our dog was groomed and she was treated like a vip. She loved it and the staff were amazing . So friendly, caring and gives all the info required . Would highly recommend

Staff Were all great with my large rescue dog and she came out looking like a 🐕‍🦺 would highly recommend the groom room.

The staff at Tamworth Groom Room are very professional, friendly and can deal with any type of dog. I’m very happy with how they look after my two boxer’s.

Always been pleased with the service here, but I do want to make a particular callout for Emily I believe has just started. It was easily the most thorough groom Lola has ever had, particularly with regards to getting rid of all the dead hair.

Teddy & Bear love it at the Groom room, after many years of Teddy (shihpoo) not taking to various groomers he became very anxious about visiting places & started acting vicious. Molly is an absolute delight with both dogs & has calmed Teddy down beyond belief. I highly recommend all the staff at Reedswood. Thanks guys

Requested a teeth and ear clean, didn’t happen but was charged. Didn’t open on time so clean was rushed and left everyone waiting outside for 10 mins post opening time

I recently took my 1 year old labradoodle to the groom room in Woking for a full groom. I gave clear guidance on my requirement asking they only groom his body and legs as I maintain his head and tail. They acknowledged my request and I reiterated it and they all agreed. When I went to collect him 2 hrs later I was absolutely devastated and horrified at what they had done. His head was cut short and his ears too His body is u even and the areas I asked them to cut short (inside back legs) were left straggly and long. He looks awful! I refused to pay for it as I was equally upset and disappointed. The only excuse used was they didn’t understand what I’d asked for. I thought they would have called me and offer some kind of explanation or apologise. … they did not !! Complete disaster and I will never go there again
