You send a mail fishing for praise when you are still processing the order. The mail may be automated but there will also be an automated method to check for delivery. But that would deny you the gratification of blaming the customer for reporting your failings. You thoroughly deserve a poor rating.

We ordered a polycarbonate sheet which was delivered on time and without any damage. Their website is not smart phone friendly however but no problems using a laptop to place our order.
One panel was cut at 800 wide but should have been 710mm. Several panels were trimmed badly and one larger panel was bent on one corner, presumably in transit. Need better Quality Control.
