the is a standard delivery fee of £20. This should include a clear time and date as to when the items are going to be delivered, twice I have had to delay the workmen coming back due to the lack of information. The customer should not be seen as being an inconvenience to the business. Clear emails should be sent out to confirm the delivery date and time.

Using triple wall as “Northern Lights “ in a garage. Glazing is high up on the north west side of the garage, for natural light without being too hot. Sheets arrived on time, well packed, lightweight and easy to work with at height.

Danielle took the trouble to post out 4x polycarbonate sheet samples to ensure that I ordered like-for-like sheet replacement (thickness and type) for my conservatory repair. When we were sure, she placed the order promptly, and the sheets were delivered within 2 working days. Excellent service, and a good price too.
Great service, parts believed with in 5 days, only small thing we where not able to track the delivery, delivery driver was outside our gate at 7 o'clock in the morning.

The delivery was great but there was a lack of communication as no-one actually advised me when the panels were being delivered! I spoke to someone before lunch to check which day they were coming and she said she would ring back after speaking to the driver. She didn’t ring and I was surprised when he turned up and he said that no-one had contacted him! That is why only 4 stars! Bad communication/lack of!
