i was not sure if i got the the right parts on my lean two roof replacements so i rang the help line good job i did with a chat to the staff put me in the right direction and bingo they told me what i needed job done and for delivery they have a section for wear you live not sure always ring the hot line so helpful plus the delivery guys are very helpful a great team all round

Products are very good. Delivery is slow. Didn't let me know what day delivery was arriving. Walked out my house to see it had been dropped off on my neighbours lawn, good job I hadn't gone to work already.

I have used a glazing shop before so I was confident to make a much larger order. Everything was precisely cut and very well wrapped. The only minor issue I have is that I was not pre-warned when the lorry was going to turn up. Good job I was in!

This is our second order... Very pleased with products and price. Had hiccup with some screws missing but customer service was excellent and delivered quickly.
Easy to place order, delivery quick but sheet cutting poorly done. Replacement sheets supplied quickly but again sheets not consistently cut to size ie 5 sheets should have been identical but again they varied in dimensions but were within +/- 5mm, not helpful for ease of construction.
I phoned the Glazing shop several times to ask for advise on the products I was looking to purchase and on each occasion they where very helpful and always told me to call back if I was not sure before placing my order. after the order was placed I had a phone call from the shop to check I was available on the delivery date to receive the order and then I reviewed an E mail confirming my date.
