Ordered a set of items for a project. All arrived in perfect condition. Delivery driver couteous and considerate. Pieces of 10 mm polycarbonate sheeting all cut to exact dimensions requested and cut ends taped-over to protect them from dust ingress. No charge for cutting either - so I got exactly what I need, without having to pay for/waste 'off-cuts'. Sheeting is good quality 'Sunnlite' type. Only slightly nagative side was delivery charge (though it was still cheaper overall to buy what I wanted here: before considering the free cutting service) and time - but, I suppose that is 'par for the course' in the current situation with logistics. At least the carrier was a high standard one!!! I would not hesitate to reccommend this supplier. All the sheeting, fasteners and tape which I received are good quality.
Great got what I needed for less than other Internet sites that I seen.
The order process was simple. I was contacted by the sales team who pointed out a couple of things I should consider with my order. They also explained that there would be a slight delivery delay due to the Jubilee and Bank Holiday. I received the goods, inspected the packaging, which was all intact, before accepting the delivery. On opening I found two panels with slight damage to them. The damage was not a problem as I used them in areas I had to alter, so cutting out the damaged area. There were no instructions for the glazing bars, online or included, this is something they should remedy.
Excellent customer care
The polycarbonate roofing arrived promptly. Two corners were bashed but could be hidden. The edging looks great but there is a knack to getting it fitted, and I spent a frustrating hour until I managed it. At last, it is all in place and my hens will stay dry!
