Customer service was terrible. I called on two separate occasions about delivery, l was told I would get items on the first day that I rang nothing came. waited for 3 days still nothing, l call again was told i would get email and the drive would call to let me know a time for delivery l did not get either of them the driver just turned up and it was sheer luck that someone was in..
Ordering process was simple and straightforward. In the current climate order to delivery was good ( 7 days ). Unable to give 5 stars due to delivery being a complete surprise with no notice, good job we were at home. Even 3 days after delivery the status of my order on your web site is ‘processing’. Really not up to scratch in these days.
Great prices for the glazing panels. However the delivery charges weren't made obvious. Website was easy to use though.
