I live in the highlands of Scotland and do a lot of online shopping. It all gets delivered, so it astounds me when I come across the occasional company who haven't managed to work out the logistics of getting items delivered nationally. On this occasion I was informed that their delivery company doesn't deliver north of Inverness - maybe it was a blessing in disguise seeing as I live south of Inverness.

Bit of a breakdown with delivery dates, however once they arrived I received excellent quality fittings that were super easy to install, recommend the 10mm twin wall for shed/carport projects wish I’d gone for this in the first place. Anne was very pleasant to deal with!

Everything i needed and good delivery
Ordered 8x4mm polycarbonate panels to replace broken panes in a small lean-to greenhouse. Good value product, clearly described on the website. Received several emails to confirm the order and progress. Staff member in office helpfully passed on to the courier details of where to leave the delivery in a safe place and it was received in good condition, cut to the size ordered, on the day expected.

But after contacting the company it was swiftly dealt with and new sheet supplied . very happy with product and service
