Excellent products and really good prices. Good advice prior to purchase. Slightly poor communication about delivery and after two items were omitted from the delivery. It took several phone calls but sorted very efficiently by Lisa getting the items to us quickly.

Various components to add a 10mm twin wall polycarbonate roof to a pergola ordered from this company, chosen because even though they cut sheet widths to size for you, the price was still competetive. Good communications generally and the stuff arrived fairly promptly. I had a slight issue with the roll of sealing tape but they responded very quickly. The roof is now fitted and keeping the monsoon style rain out very well :-)
Site was excellent and the available advice meant I could use the product with confidence. A couple of points were not clear however like how to fit the rubber in the glazing bar. Also, compared with other sites tracking delivery was impossible so I was not home when it came.

Excellent price and prompt delivery as always. Was a tad annoyed with the rubber seals for the glazing bars being poor quality having to separate them myself and one of them I even had to cut the entire 3 meter length as it was still sealed and I was unable to insert into the groove!

Excellent website. Ordering process very easy. I do very much wish that the customer service would be equally good. Had this been the case, I would have given five stars. When I took delivery of my first order some items were damaged. l called the company reported and supported it with photos. The reaction to this surprised me.I was asked to just cover the damaged area with the plastic covering. I had to insist on having them replaced. I have however placed a second order. I believe in giving the company a second chance.
